Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

  • After Shipment:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery, as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning properly:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos or video of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

b) Wrong Item Delivered

If we ship you the incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

c) Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the promised timeframe:

  • Contact us for a shipping status update.

  • If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or reship the item.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after shipping

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or in used condition

  • Items reported as damaged after 7 days of delivery

  • Customized or special-order products unless defective

4. Return Process

To return an eligible item:

  1. Email info@printcore.us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving return approval.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, contact us with order details.
